Directions

From Cambridge – Follow Route 2 West to the Waltham Street exit. Bear right on to Waltham Street, following signs to Lexington. Follow Waltham Street for 1 ½ mile, then take a left onto Worthen Road. Follow for another 1 ½ mile. 21 Worthen Road is the last building on the left, just before the Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance is in the back of the building.

From Concord – Follow Route 2 East from Emerson Hospital for 2 miles. At the intersection of Route 2 and Route 2a, bear left onto Route 2a. Follow Route 2a to the 1st set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Massachusetts Ave. and follow until the traffic light. Take left on Worthen Road and #21 is the last building on the left, just before Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance is in the back of the building.

From 128 (95) – From the North or South, take Exit 31a and follow 1 ½ miles or three sets of lights. At the third set of lights in Lexington, take a right on to Worthen Road. Lexington Eye is the first building on the right, just after the Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance of Lexington Eye Associates is in the back of the building.

From Route 3 – Take Route 3 South to 128 (95) South, then follow the above directions. From 225 Westford – Follow 225 East for 10 ½ miles to Lexington. From the intersection of Route 128 (95), it will be 1 mile or four sets of lights. At the 4th set of lights, take a right on to Worthen Road. Lexington Eye is the first building on the right, just after Walgreens Pharmacy. The main entrance is in the back of the building.
