Meet Dr. Farivari
Dr. Nina Farivari is a board-certified ophthalmologist with a special interest in Custom Vision Correction with cataract surgery.
Dr. Farivari graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, and subsequently graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed an internship in General Surgery and residency in Ophthalmology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Following her training, Dr. Farivari practiced at the Veterans Affairs Hospital while also serving as a Clinical Instructor for Ophthalmology residents. She has trained residents from multiple academic institutions in cataract surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and comprehensive eye care.
Dr. Farivari is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, an honor granted to students graduating at the top of their medical school class. She is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the New England Ophthalmological Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She is currently seeing patients in the Concord, Sudbury, and Westford offices.
